Our products are shipped from Japan to countries worldwide. Some items (such as food, cosmetics, or electronic devices) may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries.
Please check your local import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for any packages returned, seized, or held by customs due to legal restrictions.


2. Taxes and Duties

Product prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges. Any such fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region, typically around 3–7 business days (excluding preparation time).
Please note that customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak seasons may cause delays.


4. About Food Products

Due to international regulations, food items cannot be shipped overseas. If your order contains food, we will contact you to arrange cancellation or modification.


5. Shipping Risks & Responsibility

Once the package is handed over to a domestic courier in Japan, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer.
We will provide a tracking number and assist with inquiries, but we cannot be held responsible for issues occurring during shipment.


6. Countries/Regions Not Eligible for Delivery

Due to logistics restrictions, some countries and regions cannot be shipped to. Please contact us in advance if you wish to ship to these locations.
