1. Policy Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all international customers purchasing products from our online store outside of Japan. Please note that certain restrictions apply to international orders, including return eligibility, refund conditions, and non-returnable items.


2. Order Cancellation and Customer Convenience Orders

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience after an order has been placed.
Examples of non-eligible reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Difference from personal expectations or product image

  • Personal taste preferences

As this is an online store, slight variations in color, appearance, or usage feeling may occur. If you have any concerns or questions before purchasing, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed decision.


3. Incorrect or Defective Items

We take great care in processing and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

  • Please contact us via email (suiyoubi.tw@gmail.com) within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Attach a photo clearly showing the defective area or the incorrect product.

  • Once approved, please return the item using a prepaid (collect on delivery) shipping method.

Please note: Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange, even if they were incorrect or defective.


4. Conditions and Time Limits

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days after reporting the issue.

    • Example: If the product is delivered on May 1, the return must arrive by May 7.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

We will not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Failure to contact us within 7 days of product delivery.

  2. Sale or clearance items.

  3. Made-to-order or custom products.

  4. Missing parts or accessories due to customer negligence.

  5. Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.

  6. Tags or labels removed from the product.

  7. Any item that has been used, even once.

  8. Any other cases deemed ineligible at our discretion.


5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Food products are non-returnable and are not available for international shipping.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products restricted by import laws in the destination country.

  • Products damaged or lost after being handed over to the domestic shipping carrier in Japan are at the customer’s risk. We will provide tracking details and delivery updates proactively.


6. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or price reductions for incorrect or defective items.
However, in the rare case that an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., Amazon Pay, credit card).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

    • For example, Amazon Pay refunds may take up to 60 days.

  • Please contact your card issuer for details regarding refund posting dates.
