The Furukawa Shiko Matchbox Memo is a retro Japanese stationery item made in Japan using traditional Mino Washi paper. Designed in the shape of a vintage café matchbox, this mini memo pad combines nostalgic design with practical everyday use.
Slide it open — and instead of matches, you’ll find paper waiting for words.
Inspired by old-fashioned Japanese coffee shops, each design represents a fictional little store — a bakery, café, flower shop, barber, and more. They may not exist in real life, but somehow they feel familiar.
Inside each matchbox memo are 35 sheets of high-quality Japanese paper. The memo sheets feature matchstick-style lines, adding a subtle playful detail that reflects the matchbox theme.
Compact and lightweight, this Japanese memo pad fits easily into your bag or desk drawer. Perfect for short notes, thank-you messages, journaling inserts, gift tags, or small souvenirs.
When the memo sheets are used up, the box itself can be reused as a small storage case.

古川紙工火柴盒便條紙是一款日本製復古文具，採用傳統美濃和紙製作。外型設計成昭和喫茶店火柴盒造型，是兼具收藏感與實用性的迷你便條紙。
滑開盒身，裡面不是火柴，而是等待書寫的紙張。
靈感來自日本復古咖啡店文化，每一款都是一間虛構的小店——麵包店、喫茶店、花店、理髮廳。不存在，卻讓人覺得熟悉。
每盒內含 35 張便條紙，罫線設計成火柴圖樣，細節呼應外盒主題。小巧尺寸適合書寫留言卡、短句、感謝卡或作為禮物附卡。
